$210,000. That is my number. Now if the title of my blog caught your eye you probably thought I was asking for your digits or giving away my digits, you can just google me and you'll get those. No, this number represents my time as a renter, before I became a homeowner.
Over the course of 10 years (120 months, multiplied by the rent payment (in my case $1,750, "gardener included", haha) and you come up with "your number". So what is your number? $210,000 that could've gone towards the principle of a home, but instead went to the principle of my landlord. $210,000 that could've been my equity now, it is theirs. What is it going to take before you grab hold and take action of your current situation, there is a solution for just about every excuse in the book.
No money for down payment? There are programs for that.
Bad Credit? There are credit repair specialists who can give you a credit makeover in 24 hours.
Really . . . what is holding you back? Is it self-doubt? Too comfortable making affordable rental rates, why do you think rent is affordable? Think about it.
This ends today. call me to discus how working with me can help change your lifestyle. Let's make you a homeowner now.
